You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

⚠️ Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

🚨 Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is:

• 🔄 The wrong item

We’ll evaluate and make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• 🥗 Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

• 🎨 Custom or personalized items

• 💄 Personal care goods (beauty products)

• 🔥 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• 🏷️ Sale items or gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want:

1. Return the item you have.

2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement.

💵 Refunds

• We’ll notify you once your return is received & inspected.

• If approved ✅, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to process it.

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

🚚 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

FTP Solutions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (e.g., tariffs, taxes, etc.).

❗ Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
